Technical Environmental Construction, Inc. is a full service environmental consulting/contracting firm providing integrated turnkey services to the commercial, residential and public sectors. As a turnkey operation, TEC has found that they can offer the appropriate level of technical support and consulting required to implement remedial solutions under substantially lower rate structures that typically found in the industry. TEC’s approach to environmental management, coupled with its solid background in underground storage tanks and remediation is why so many insurance companies, fuel merchants, real estate professionals and individual homeowners have selected TEC for their environmental projects

TEC is located in Stratford, CT in close proximity to Interstate Route 95 and immediate access to Rtes. 8/25 North and Route 91 North.

TEC maintains a 24-hour Emergency / Immediate Service network using live operators with pager/phone communications to a minimum of two (2) principals at all times. All technicians are OSHA trained and available through 2-way radio, cell phones and pagers. All personnel have received 40 hour OSHA HAZWOPER training [complying with OSHA 1910.120 (e) (3) (i)] and subsequent annual 8-hour refresher courses [OSHA 1910.120 (q) (8)].

 All equipment is licensed through the State of Connecticut Department of Environmental Protection.

Technical Environmental Construction, Inc. has established an impressive track record of strong, long-term relationships which includes Town of Wallingford Electric Division; City of Stamford; Zurich-American Insurance Company; AESIC of Ohio, United Capital, of Atlanta, Mobil Oil Corporation, Standard Oil of Connecticut, a local, well established home/ commercial heating – oil company.
